The Book of the Year

You Weren't Supposed to See That, By Josh Brown

I read Josh’s book this weekend and can’t wait for you to do the same. Of course, I’m biased. Josh is my partner and mentor, and he saved me from exile. But that doesn’t mean I’m not telling the truth.

The format of Josh’s book is unique. It’s something only he could have pulled off. He republished some of his most iconic blog posts and followed it up with “Josh’s Remarks.” Basically, he shares what he was thinking when he wrote the post and then got into what’s changed or stayed precisely the same since then.

For me, it was a walk down memory lane. I’ve read every single one of these blog posts. I shared an 8×8 square foot office with him when some were published. I felt a lot of feelings as I blazed through it. Like, Joseph A. Bank owes us Kris and I an apology. 👇

I’ve worked with Josh for the last twelve years. He’s one of my closest friends in the world. And there are stories in this book that I didn’t know about. He pulled back the curtain and then some.

Josh isn’t just an incredible author. He’s as insightful as he is hilarious. Some of the things he revisited in the book were incredibly prescient. Josh has the ability to connect invisible dots like few ever have. I cannot wait for you all to read his book. You’re going to love it.

We’re going to talk about it tonight on What Are Your Thoughts? Tune in at 5!
